  • 1 ½ cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup reserved crust mixture

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease and line a 9” x 13” (3 L) baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping two sides for easy removal.
  • Crust: Combine flour, cocoa, and sugars in a large bowl. Add melted butter and combine with flour mixture.
  • Mix in chocolate chips. Reserve 1 cup (250 mL) of mixture for topping.
  • Filling: Press flour mixture into prepared baking dish. Pour sweetened condensed milk over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and remaining flour mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into 1” (2.5 cm) bars.
