Directions

Serving Size: 12 servings

  • Grease a 9” x 13” baking pan and line with parchment paper.
  • Place dough on well-floured surface and roll to 12” x 20” (30cm x 50cm rectangle). Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Carefully roll up tightly from long end. With seam side down, cut roll into 12 slices. Place in prepared pan in 4 rows of 3 rolls each, making sure the rolls are well spaced and not touching. Cover with tea towel and let rise in warm place, about 1 hour or until puffy. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar if using. Bake in preheated oven, 20-25 minutes until golden brown and has an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C). Let cool in pan.
