Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup SherwoodTM Sourdough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 7" x 11" (18cm x 27cm) pan.
  • Whisk eggs and milk together. Add SherwoodTM, salt and pepper. Beat well. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over egg mixture. Press in lightly with fork to moisten all ingredients.
  • Bake in preheated oven 25-35 minutes or until just set.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
