  • 4 cups Robin Hood® Oats
  • 1 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups walnut halves
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).
  • Combine, oats, coconut, walnuts, cashews and cinnamon in large bowl.
  • Drizzle oil on large rimmed baking sheet. Place in oven as it preheats for about 10 minutes, or until warm. Meanwhile, heat maple syrup in microwave or on stove in small saucepan until hot.
  • Remove baking sheet from oven and place oat mixture on sheet. Stir mixture so that it is evenly coated with oil. Pour hot syrup over mixture and stir to combine.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes, until mixture is evenly browned. Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
