  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • Topping
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line 8” (2L) baking pan with parchment paper, overlapping two sides for easy removal.
  • Melt together butter and chocolate chips in top of double broiler. Cool slightly. Whisk in sugar. Whisk in eggs, one at a time and then vanilla.
  • Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt and chocolate chips.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until just set (centre will still be moist), sprinkling with marshmallows and chocolate chips during last 5 minutes of baking. Cool in pan on rack.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
