Directions

Serving Size: 10 cups granola / 2 cups yogurt

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease or line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Granola:  Combine oats, almonds, bran, coconut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Add oil and honey and combine thoroughly.
  • Spread granola on prepared baking sheets.
  • Yogurt
  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
  • Assembly: Layer the yogurt and granola in a glass or bowl. Store extra granola in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
