Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter, softened
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups Brodie® Self Raising Cake and Pastry Flour*
- 1 cup Carnation® Evaporated Milk, any type
Directions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 °F (180°C). Grease a 12 cup (3 L) Bundt pan.
Step 2:
Beat butter and sugar together in large bowl of electric mixer until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until incorporated. Mix in vanilla. Add flour, alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 60-65 minutes or until golden and toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
