Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) baking powder
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Jif® Peanut Butter, any type
  • 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) milk

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" (2 L) loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven, 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
