Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Carnation® Regular or 2% Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Line 8-inch (2L) baking dish with parchment or waxed paper; set aside
  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium saucepan; bring to rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate, dried cranberries, marshmallows and vanilla until chocolate and marshmallows melt and blend.
  • Pour into prepared dish. Chill until set. Cut into 1-inch (2.5cm) squares. Store in refrigerator in sealed container.
