  • 1 pkg Robin Hood® Quick Bread Mix Lemon Poppy Seed baked as per package directions
  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups thick plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or a combination

  • Cut lemon poppy seed loaf into 1” (2.5 cm) cubes.
  • Mix condensed milk and yogurt in a medium bowl Add lemon juice, zest and vanilla. Whip until mixture thickens.
  • Place 1/3 of cubed cake on bottom of a 12 cup (3 L) trifle bowl. Add 1/3 of sweetened condensed milk mixture over cake. Sprinkle with 2 cups (500 mL) of berries.
  • Repeat with two additional layers. Chill at least 4 hours.
