Ingredients

  • 1 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup SherwoodTM Sourdough
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir well to blend. Add Sherwood and oil. Mix until all ingredients are moistened. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead about 5 times. Roll or pat dough to 3/4" (2cm) thickness. Cut with floured 2" (5cm) cookie cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack.
