  • 1 cup Robin Hood® Oats
  • 3/4 cup Robin Hood Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup All Vegetable Shortening, melted
  • Filling
  • 6 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Robin Hood Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Topping: Combine oats, flour and sugar in medium bowl. Mix in melted shortening, stirring with a fork until well moistened and clumpy; set aside.
  • Filling: Combine together all ingredients in an 8” (2 L) square baking dish. Cover with topping.
  • Bake in centre of preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until fruit is tender and bubbling, and topping is golden.
