  • 1 cup Smucker’s® Pure Blueberry Jam
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease or line a 9”x9” (2.5L) baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Stir jam and lemon juice together in small bowl. Reserve.
  • Combine flour, sugar and zest in a food processor. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press 2 cups (500mL) of mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle ½ cup (125mL) toasted almonds over mixture.
  • Pour reserved jam mixture over base. Sprinkle remaining nuts over jam. Crumble remaining pastry crumbles on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until topping is golden. Cool and cut into slices.
