  • 2 1/4 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp Folgers® Instant Coffee Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 13” baking pan and line with parchment paper.
  • Combine dry ingredients in bowl of stand mixer. Beat in eggs and milk. Carefully stir in oil and then beat on high until combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
