  • 2 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups corn flake cereal, slightly crushed
  • 2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Beat butter, sugars, honey and egg together thoroughly in a separate mixing bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop dough by tablespoonfuls (15 mL) on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven 8 to10 minutes, or until golden. Cool 5 minutes, then remove to rack and cool completely.
