  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups toffee bits
  • 1 cup milk, white or semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat melted butter, sugars and vanilla until well combined in large mixing bowl. Beat in next 4 ingredients until incorporated. Add toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  • Firmly press dough to 1/4” thickness on prepared pan. The dough should measure approximately 11” x 15” (28cm x 38cm).
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool until firm. Break or cut into 2” (5cm pieces. Freeze in plastic freezer bag or air tight container.
