Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brodie® Self- Rising Cake and Pastry Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups beer
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

Serving Size: 1 loaf

  • Grease an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" (2L) loaf pan and line with parchment paper. Combine flour, beer and honey in medium mixing bowl. Stir well to blend. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
