Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry

Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish and Hot Pepper Relish are the surprise ingredients in this fabulous stir-fry.
 

Ingrédients

 
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast

450g

5 tbspsoy sauce, divided

75mL

3 tbspcornstarch, divided

45mL

1 tspgranulated sugar

5mL

1clove garlic, minced

1 ½ cupschicken broth

375mL

1/3 cup Bick’s® Zesty Onion Relish

75mL

2 tbsp Bick’s® Hot Pepper Relish

30mL

3 tbspvegetable oil, divided

45mL

3carrots, cut in sticks

2 cupssnow peas

500 mL

1 ½ cupsmushrooms, sliced

375 mL

1sweet red pepper, sliced

1 canbaby corn, drained

398mL/14oz

 

Préparation


Cut chicken into strips. Mix 1 tbsp (15mL) soy sauce, 1 tbsp (15mL) cornstarch, sugar and garlic. Stir in chicken; set aside.

Mix remaining soy sauce, cornstarch, broth and relishes; set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp (30mL) oil in wok or large frying pan. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove. Heat remaining oil in same pan. Add carrots; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes. Stir in broth mixture and chicken. Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
