A fast and delicious recipe, great as it is or as part of a fudge brownie sundae

1/2 cup

butter, melted

1/2 cup

cocoa powder

125 mL

1 cup

sugar

250 mL

vanilla

ROBIN HOOD® Nutri™ Flour Blend

250 mL

1/2 tsp

baking powder

2 mL

1/4 tsp

salt

1 mL

1/2 cup

chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet

125 mL

 

Preparation


Pre-heat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9” (23cm) square pan with foil and then grease.


Combine first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until flour disappears. Batter will be stiff.


Bake in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes, until set and brown around the edges. Toothpick inserted will come out slightly sticky.
