I've tried this a couple of times and it's good, but didn't excite me...until I used it to make cinnamon buns. Now THAT was exciting! A perfect dough for that use! (As long as you're okay with the bit of extra grain texture in your sticky buns.)
This is the most delicious bread! I left out the raisins but left in the cinnamon, and it worked out perfectly. I could eat the whole loaf...
I made this recipe and withheld the raisins and cinnamon. Then added flax, sunflower, and caraway seeds when the machine beeped.
I can't find a recipe for bread machine using all multigrain flour,no other seeds or raisins. Is there one? Can I substitute Multigrain for all purpode flour? I have done so with hand kneaded bread and it was wonderful. cheers, Heather
I recently made this bread and love the taste. I haven't been able to find a decent receipe and this one is good. I did notice that I had to add a substantial amount of flour in order to get the right texture for my bread machine - Zojirushi. It hasn't dampened my enthusiasm for making this receipe!
