SHORTBREAD You Will Need 1 Package Shortbread Mix ¼cup (50 mL) butter, softened Instructions PREHEAT oven to 325° (160° ). COMBINE all ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Work into a smooth ball with your hands. ROLL OUT on lightly floured surface to ¼" (5 mm) thickness. CUT into desired shapes with floured cookie cutter and place on ungreased baking sheets. BAKE at 325° (160°) for 10-15 minutes, or until light golden (Time will vary with size of cookies). MAKES 40 (1" x 1½ / 2.5 cm x 3.5 cm) bars.
