Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb 500 g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup 50 mL Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp 2 mL salt

Directions

  1. Combine shrimp, oil, garlic and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet on medium-high.  Add shrimp mixture and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Serve with pasta, such as Pasta with Creamy Rosé Sauce.
