Tender and light textured, this recipe is the perfect start for rolls, cinnamon buns, Chelsea buns, braids, crescents and more.

Ingredients

Small Loaf (1 lb/2 cup machine)

1/2 cup 125 mL milk, room temperature
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp 15 mL butter
1 3/4 cups 425 mL Robin Hood® Best For Bread Homestyle White Flour
3 tbsp 45 mL granulated sugar
1/2 tsp 2 mL salt
1 tsp 5 mL bread machine yeast

Directions

  1. Select loaf size.
  2. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s directions.
  3. Select Dough Cycle.
