Delicious things come in small packages! Perfectly bite sized, these chocolate brownies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.

Ingredients

1/2 cup 125 mL butter
4 oz 115 g semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 cup 175 mL sugar
1/2 cup 125 mL Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup 50 mL cocoa powder
1/4 tsp 1 mL salt
1 cup 250 mL chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk and white chocolate)
18 mini cupcake liners

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line mini muffin pans with paper liners.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
  3. Beat, in a medium bowl, eggs and sugar until creamy. Fold in melted butter and chocolate. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared muffins cups.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or just until the tops are firm to the touch.
