  • Crust
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Ice Cream
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not filling)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • Combine crumbs and butter. Press into 8” (2L) square freezer safe pan.
  • Whip cream, vanilla and spices on high speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Mix in pumpkin and sweetened condensed milk. Pour into prepared pan. Freeze, at least 6 hours or overnight.
