Ingredients

  • 2 cups Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Crisco® Canola or Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Beat eggs, sugar, oil, applesauce, yogurt and cranberries together in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix gently until thoroughly combined. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched.
