Ingredient of Best For Cake & Pastry Flour

Hello, I would like to know how each of the ingredient on the package of 'Best For Cake & Pastry Flour' is produced. I am guessing they should be produced by a bacteria as others, but I wish to confirm. And also what does the 'Kosher' mean for this specific product? How should it be to be called Kosher? Thanks a lot, Massih Thanks a lot, Massih

Hi There, In terms of production, besides the wheat flour, the other ingredients are industrially produced via biological (bacteria) or chemical processes and reactions. Hope that helps. For this specific product, Kosher means that it is certified Kosher and it meets the requirements and restrictions of kosher law. There are multiple certification agencies where you could find out more if interested: - www.ok.org - www.cor.ca - https://oukosher.org/ Thank you!
